40 weeks and counting...

Well, today is Lilly's due date but she is still comfortably squished inside my belly!  I had an ultrasound today and they couldn't even get a picture of her face, she was all squished up against the placenta like it was a snuggly blanket... She is perfect in every way (of course even if she weren't we would love her no matter what!)  But, they think she weighs roughly 7 pounds 13 ounces, gaining an ounce per day until she comes out!  If she doesn't start the voyage on her own, they induce me at the hospital either Monday or Tuesday depending on how things have changed at the next Dr. appointment!  We'll see if she gets to have her first Easter out and about in her tiny bunny slippers or not...  Regardless, she will be wearing her bunny slippers every chance she gets because they are the cutest things!  I will put a picture up of her wearing them when i can..  I'll post an update if anything changes!! :)

I think we're ready!

We are so close to meeting Lillian i can't stand waiting any more!  I try to convince her to come out every morning so i wont have to go to work, but she has some more rolls to put on before she appears i guess...  she knows she can come out whenever she wants to!  Jason thinks it's funny and probly weird too... but nesting is a really strong urge lately..  Last night when i got home from work we finally cleaned the carpets with his mom's carpet cleaner..   i have such a huge sense of relief now that it is done!  Of course most people like clean carpets, but i really feel like, ok now it's ok if she comes because the carpets are clean!  It's a weird feeling that comes with every thing i think we need for Lilly.  We got a swing for her and i HAD to immediately put it together, seeing it  sit in the box was NOT ok with me...  once it was together i just thought,..PHEW ok now she can come and we will be ready!  But today i realized i don't have a hamper for her dirty clothes....and i'm just sure that is why she hasn't come yet, because until i get one we wont be ready!   What will i think of tomorrow?!

38 weeks, 2 to go!!

Thought i'd get in one more big belly picture while i can!  Hopefully there wont be too much longer, but if there is i'll put a 40 week pic up too when it comes :)
